It's super simple—all you have to do is hit the Apply button! Once you complete your online application, our team will get in touch for an interview in person or via video call (depending on your location) to get to know you better and understand your expectations.

The up-front authorisation helps us validate your intentions. But fret not, in case your application is not successful, you are not charged anything at all. If you used a credit card, the authorization on your credit card will simply be voided. For other forms of payment (debit card, direct transfer), the full amount charged will be refunded within 5-7 business days.

We do not commit to introducing our clients to a minimum number of matches. We’d rather have you meet a handful of awesome matches than dozens of unsuitable ones. The number of dates you go on is a function of several factors; your own eligibility, the openness of your search criteria, and the feedback we receive about you.

Clients based in India are directed to Razorpay, which accepts all popular payment methods (debit card, credit card, netbanking etc). Clients based outside India are billed in US dollars, and will be directed to Paypal. In almost all cases, you should be able to simply use a credit or debit card without having to create a paypal account.

The short answer is no. For us, inclination and personal "skin in the game" is everything. We’re not in the business of convincing anyone to use us as a service. However, If you deeply care about someone close to you, drop us an email with your referral’s contact details and we’ll hit them up at the earliest.

Confidentiality and discretion is the cornerstone of our service. As such, so we don’t share last names, photographs, or any specific institutions (academic; employment) that you are affiliated with with your prospective date. Instead, we will only first names, age, location, and a short brief sharing why we think you are a good match.

We don’t expect you to fly across the world for someone you’ve never met! We suggest international matches when we feel there’s a strong chance of success, and will make a virtual introduction. A few video calls should ascertain whether there is a spark and if it is worth the trip.

Absolutely! So long as you are legally (we ask for proof) and amicably seperated, and ready to settle down, we’ll try our best to help you start the next chapter of your life. In fact, we’ll be forthcoming about your past with your potential date so it’s not even a topic that needs discussing at the outset.

Your satisfaction as a client is our primary goal. However, given the discretionary nature of our business and our service offering, it is virtually impossible to guarantee success. As such, we have a firm "no refunds" policy.
